Bike found Whittle-Lee-Woods/Brindle

We have recovered a red road racing bike which was found in Whittle-Lee-Woods/Brindle and we are trying to find the rightful owner of this bike. 

Has anyone lost/had stolen a bike with this description or know anyone who has.

Proof of ownership will be needed!
